Full Job Description
Chelmsford College is looking to appoint a Job Coach to work within the Apprenticeship Team. We are looking for a pro-active, committed and enthusiastic Supported Employment professional to support Apprentices in the workplace who may be neurodiverse or have SEND.
They will work closely with work mentors, employers and the education team to ensure the successful completion of the Apprenticeship study programme and transition the Apprentices into permanent, sustainable employment.
