Full Job Description
This is a long-term, full-time position supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access learning, stay engaged, and reach their full potential within the classroom environment.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil throughout the school day
Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional development
Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team
Implementing strategies to support individual needs
Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
Previous experience in a similar 1:1 Teaching Assistant or SEN support role (essential)
Experience working within a primary school setting, ideally KS1
Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable
Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
