We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team. The post is affixed to provide particular and skilled support on a one-to-one basis to a child with significant learning and behavioural needs in our Reception class in September. While the post is attached to a named child, there are times when we allocate LSA support across a range of individuals with SEND needs, and so you may be expected to work on a 1:1 basis with different children across the school, if needed. The successful applicant will have a 'solution-based' attitude, will emanate positivity and will uphold our Christian values: Aspire, Care, Empower.
We are a Trauma Perceptive Practice school and the key principles are embedded in our vision and our practice.

- Connection and belonging rather than disconnection
We have a friendly and supportive staff and fantastic children.
The successful applicant should preferably have:
- Experience of working in schools
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- A commitment to meeting the needs of all pupils
- An ability to work on their own initiative
