We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher to join our thriving Prep School community.

This role is ideal for an individual committed to supporting pupils for whom English is an additional language through high-quality 1:1 and small group interventions. You will play a key role in building pupils' confidence, developing their language proficiency, and fostering a genuine love of learning.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, nurturing, and inspiring teacher who can create a safe, happy, and inclusive environment in which every child can flourish. You will have a strong understanding of how to meet individual learning needs and demonstrate natural empathy when working with young children.

We are seeking someone who is fully committed to supporting both the academic progress and personal development of each pupil, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. You will be a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, a flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.

This role is permanent and part-time, 0.4-0.5FTE. It is paid according to support staff pay rates, and not on the teaching pay spine.

Start date is September 2026, but January 2027 will be considered.
