0380 - Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic ED Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and professional direction within our Emergency Department., As ED Lead Nurse, you will:

Provide visible clinical leadership across the Emergency Department.

Lead, support, and develop nursing teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.

Drive flow, performance, and quality improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Act as a senior decision-maker, escalating risk and maintaining patient safety.

Work collaboratively with medical, operational, and multidisciplinary leaders.
