This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful oversubscribed school. We are seeking to appoint an excellent and dynamic classroom practitioner to join a supportive and well-resourced Art Faculty. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a love for Art and Design and a commitment to making a difference to the lives of young people. They will also model and promote our Christian values.


This post is suitable for an experienced teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to establish themselves in a new setting. We also welcome applications from newly qualified teachers looking for their first teaching role.


The fixed term contract will run from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2027, due to departmental restructure. A permanent contract will be considered for an experienced teacher looking to further their practice, and who promotes success in the classroom.


Woodchurch High School is an exciting place to work. It is a successful and oversubscribed 11 - 16 co- educational comprehensive.
