An exciting opportunity has a reason for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join a leading business in North Kent.

This role would be ideal for someone who has at least three years experience working within a fast paced payroll function and processing a large payroll database on a weekly/monthly basis.

The successful individual will be joining a growing company who always look to promote within and will focus on developing your existing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculation, checking and data entry related to payroll requests
Ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner
Producing detailed reports that can be shared with the wider business
Data entry of P45's, starter and leaver forms and court orders
Pension administration
Administration of manual payments
Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and pensionsPerson Specification:

Experience working in a busy Payroll team.
A very high level of customer service skills
Excellent communication skill
Knowledge of Pensions
Able to complete manual calculations.
Excel skills

Salary £23K to £28K DOE
