ADMINISTRATOR/COORDINATOR

 £17,000 to £20,000 - BURY ST EDMUNDS

PERMANENT- FULL TIME

MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Our rapidly expanding client is seeking an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join their growing team as a helpdesk coordinator on a full time, permanent basis

Role Responsibilities

  • Responding quickly to incoming calls and emails
  • Logging calls and orders onto the system
  • Prioritising jobs and liaising with engineers
  • Allocating engineers to jobs and planning routes efficiently
  • Ensuring deadlines and timescales are met
  • Liaising with and arranging sub-contractors
  • Sourcing products and purchasing
  • Ensuring jobs have been completed
  • Obtaining all documentation from engineers and clients
  • Collating and filing quotes, orders, and completed job sheets
  • Dealing with delivery and ordering parts
  • Maintaining the day to day operational requirements
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • Completing any other administrative duties required

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • A good understanding of windows IT programmes and data base entry would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A pro-active and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

This diverse role also includes FREE onsite parking and offers ongoing CAREER GROWTH coupled with a small and friendly working environment
