Site Supervisor, £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Flexibility would be required

Agricultural Manufacturing Company based near King’s Lynn

Hales Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-known agricultural manufacturing company based on the outskirts of King’s Lynn with the recruitment of a Site Supervisor. The ideal candidate for the role will have proven man management and h&s experience, a technical aptitude and ideally an agricultural background.

Main Duties:

  • Involved in daily site planning with both the Production and Operations Manager and Site Manager
  • Responsible for managing and supervising plant staff
  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly checks are completed, reported and followed up where necessary.
  • Assist in the planning of site maintenance and existing and future projects.
  • Ensure all internal and external (H&S, EA) policies and procedures are adhered to.

Essential Skills:

  • Qualified in IOSH or NEBOSH would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
  • Technical or mechanical knowledge or aptitude would be advantageous
  • Agricultural background advantageous.
  • Proven track record of staff supervision.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and work well as a team member.
