Description

Customer Service/Retention

  • Pro-actively diarise stock checks & Audits to ensure constant and open dialogue with customers.
  • Constantly seek out opportunities to improve systems and procedures.

Customer Training

  • Assist customer in stock control including misused linen, security and storage.
  • Advise customers on their stock levels and amend where necessary Shelf Level Assessments. All amendments should be notified in writing to the Customer Account Manager and the Service Office.
  • Ensure all stocks are stored appropriately and secure. Identify areas where misuse/security risks maybe occurring and highlight to the Regional Account Manager.

Audit Reporting

  • Complete Stock Check/Audit report at every visit ensuring appropriate comments are included. Upon completion ensure appropriate signature is obtained information is relayed to the appropriate Regional Account Manager for action and a copy is filed with the Service Office.
  • Liaise with the Regional Account Manager re the results of Audit Reports/Stock Checks

Risk Assessments

  • Complete a risk assessment on all your accounts on an annual basis or sooner if any changes occur at the customers premises.

New Customers

  • Complete a full stock check and linen storage report no more than 4 weeks post installation.
  • Feedback results to the service office / Regional Account Manager for appropriate actions.

Cancellations

  • Ensure full stock checks are carried out and results submitted to the service office prior to last collection.
  • Arrange for a customer exit questionnaire to be completed for feedback on the reasons for leaving.

Profile

  • Excellent effective communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build good customer relationships.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions.
  • Flexible and able to react quickly to the needs of the customer & Berendsen.
  • PC literacy.
  • Team player.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Well presented: smart dress, clarity of speech, friendliness of tone and articulate.
  • Clean driving licence held for over 1 year (where applicable).
