Project Support Officer

Starting salary between £20400 and £24375 per annum.

Based at Kings Court Council Offices, Kings Lynn

You will support the Councils Project Officers in the successful delivery of property projects, including new residential housing, commercial developments, and other property related projects in the Borough that will help to enhance and sustain the Councils corporate objectives.  Providing administrative and technical support, you will help to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to agreed schedules.  Your role will involve communicating with a wide range of internal and external contacts and maintaining a database of information and records detailing progress with the projects.

You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of project management, procurement, construction and health and safety issues with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.  You will have good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and advise on property projects
