Communicating via email only with clients as well as the professionals involved in each project

Efficient and quality typing of reports, presentations, information memoranda, emails and correspondence

Research on behalf of the Director for prospective clients

The main purpose of the Personal Assistant is to perform secretarial work typing up emails and documents in Word and Excel from handwritten notes and hand drawn drafts. You will either work independently or alongside Mark. The successful candidate will need to be able to work under pressure, deal with a heavy workload working on several projects at the same time, work on own initiative and have good attention to detail., Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant for Senior Management
