SERVICE SPEC
Work with the North East programme team, the wider Creative UK support team, and external stakeholders to develop and deliver the Creative UK North East Programme.

Services to include:

Work with the programme team on the development of the Programme Plan

Coordination of SME Diagnostics

Coordination of SME cohorts

Work with the program team to manage events and workshops

Procurement, negotiation, contracting and co-ordination of delivery partners and freelance contractors (mentors, trainers, speakers, technicians etc)

Work with the programme team to collect and collate monitoring data.

Work with the programme team to manage project budgets and process transactions.

Liaise with the Creative UK team and partners to maximise impact and legacy for each SME

We are seeking a freelance Events Manager who can support the programme team to deliver a busy calendar of workshops and events over the next 6 months.

Event management

Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships and work well with internal and external stakeholders

Effective time management and organisation skills

High level of competence with Office365, experience of using a CRM

Budget management

Based in the North East

A good working knowledge of the creative sector

A broad understanding of the business growth landscape in the North East
