Be the champion for the performance marketing creative making sure all content opportunities are considered so markets are equipped with the assets they need to deliver commercial objectives

Represent the performance marketing team within cross-functional workstreams to ensure that performance marketing requirements are considered in all relevant projects, educate key stakeholders on performance requirements and identify opportunities to collaborate with other teams

Articulate the commercial impact of all performance marketing activities by creating platforms and tools to track the volume and impact of changes

Agency Management

As part of our new Global Performance Media team, you will play an important role, leading the digital media and creative strategy to drive continuous improvements for JLR's performance marketing activity. Together with the Head of Performance Marketing you will define the global guidelines, and scale to regions and markets. Delivering on the moments that matter you will lead JLR's global Social and Programmatic strategy, as well as partnering with our Media Agency and strategic media partners to continuously improve performance of JLR's digital media campaigns.
