We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team at our Skoda main dealer in Plymouth. You will primarily work alongside our Sales Administrator learning all aspects of the role, which will include:

Processing Retail Sales Invoices for New & Used Vehicles

Taxing New & Used vehicles

Arrange job cards for Internal work for Sales Vehicles

Daily Group Funding Reconciliations (Requests/Settlements)

Updating Consignments on Dealer Management system

Processing Trade Invoices / Auction fees for the Group

Filing

Confident Answering the telephone

The right candidate will be able to communicate effectively both over the phone and in writing, be numerate and literate. They will also be confident, welcome new challenges, be well-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.
