An exciting new opportunity has arisen: Milford Care are looking for a temporary, part-time Office Assistant to join our fantastic, hard-working Head Office team. You would be assisting the Senior Manager Administrator and Senior Management team with office administrative tasks.,

Assist the Senior Manager Administrator and Senior Manager team with administrative duties for Milford Care Head Office, 1. Assist with recruitment for Head Office (obtaining references, DBS checking, organising inductions) with assistance from the Senior Manager Administrator and keeping all staff personnel files up to date.

Assist with ensuring Personnel files are complete in accordance with the regulations/Act before anybody is employed and ensure personnel files for all staff are kept up to date during employment

Follow GDPR Company Policy

Take minutes at meeting as required

General administrative duties (ie. answering phone calls, greeting visitors, typing documents, filing, ordering stationary)

To ensure confidentiality in all aspects of care/office management of Head Office

Support the Senior Manager team with other tasks that are agreed locally, · A dedicated senior management team and family-feel approach, which may not be found in larger organisations; Milford Care remains in the caring hands of the same two families who founded the company over 35 years ago.
