Develop and implement omni-channel marketing brand and category plans to drive brand and share growth

Identify issues / opportunities, analysis and propose action plans to achieve brand objectives

Drive the execution of margin improvement and revenue growth management initiatives

Develop the annual grid for UK & IRE and lead local execution including new product launches, annual activations and strategic business initiatives

Active participation in Regional Go-to-Market teams to provide input for the central developments

Works closely with our local digital managers and our OAC based in the UK for strong digital campaigns and online presence

Develop strong business and functional understanding of the category, our products and the competitive set, and develop plans to address issues/opportunities

Develop & use strong consumer & shopper insights about market and condition of focus.

Understand the pet specialty retail environment's, and field team needs, to deliver strong promotional and marketing programs.

Recommend areas for brand improvement and remediation

Enthusiastic, people & pet loving, creative teammate and an organized self-starter with a can-do attitude

At least 5 years working in a commercial environment, preferably in consumer (retail) marketing environment

Good with numbers (analytical) and strong attention to detail, able to quality check prior to final delivery

A strong communicator; gets people on board, delivers impactful presentations and has an "easy" pen in writing
