Remove primal cuts from carcase cuts following the correct cutting lines and seams

Trim the primal to the relevant customer specification, Working across key areas such as supply chain, animal welfare, and sustainable agriculture, you will get involved in all aspects of the agriculture and research and development areas within the business.

Full knowledge and experience within the industry, particularly with cattle & lamb
