As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will be having conversations with people to support them get back to financial wellbeing. You'll be field based covering a region across Stoke-on-Trent.

In this rewarding role we'll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Your role will involve you:

Visiting our customers at their home address supporting them get back on track with the outstanding arrears

Day to day you can expect to resolve customer's accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, and setting up repayment plans to help them achieve financial wellbeing

Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account

We'll supply you with an iPad so you can update customers' accounts with visit outcomes, so you need to be IT literate and comfortable using the iPad

Flexible to work the hours to suit you and your customers

As you'll be visiting customers at their property, you'll need a full drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle

We are a contact centre-based business offering a range of financial services to a large number of blue-chip organisations - from complete outsource solutions to collections, recoveries and trace activity. We work on behalf of a number of banking, utility, telecoms and retail finance companies whose customers have fallen behind with their repayments. We then work with each individual We them to achieve financial health.

At Orbit we're regulated by our clients - as such, any successful candidates will have to undergo a basic credit check and criminal background check. Please note that we're unable to proceed to interview stage if a CCJ, IVA or Bankruptcy appears on a credit file, or if you do not have full right to work in the UK.

Competitive starting salary of £27,417 depending on experience.

Salary from £27,417.52 plus a bonus of up to £6000

We'll make sure you're fully prepared to speak to customers once you've hit the required quality structure
