What are we looking for?

Your Role:

  • Set up and customise Zoho CRM modules to meet our organisational needs.

  • Assist our document automation specialist with any technical requirements and tasks.

  • Perform API integration to interface various software systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.

  • Utilise coding skills for customising Zoho CRM workflows and automating processes.

  • Collaborate with team members, providing technical support and expertise as needed.

    Database / CRM development

  • Digital and IT strategy

  • Software and web development

  • Mentoring / Coaching, We are seeking an experienced professional to volunteer their skills in setting up and customising our Zoho CRM. Your role will be essential in ensuring our CRM system is tailored to our needs and functions seamlessly with our other systems., Proficiency in setting up and customising Zoho CRM.

  • Strong coding skills and experience with Zoho CRM scripting.

  • Expertise in API integration and familiarity with interfacing various software systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
