Yard Operative

All Access are looking for a Yard Operative to be part of the team responsible for loading and unloading scaffold delivery vehicles by hand or with a forklift, putting together load lists and monitoring supplies.,

• Loading lorries throughout the day with plant to take to client sites and

ensuring they are loaded and ready to go at the end of the day

• Sorting and grading stock / plant


• Cleaning and oiling fixings


• Moving supplies to storage areas


• Keeping work areas clean and tidy


• Checking lorry loads are completed properly and on time


• Other duties as may be requested by the management
  
  Previous experience in this role is preferred but not essential along with a fork lift counter balance qualification and a drivers licence would also be an advantage.

The candidate will need to be physically fit and able to work to compliance and health and safety practices.

Working hours are 7.00am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday. The role may require additional hours when necessitated by the needs of the business to fulfil the next days loads, overtime will be paid for this

Salary: £14 per hour, however this is negotiable for the right candidate
