Workshop Manager

Our Cheltenham retailer has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to join their dynamic and talented team.

As the workshop manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workshop activity including managing our team of Workshop Controllers, Technicians, Apprentices and Tyre Fitters. You will co-ordinate the workshop team to be effective and productive.

To be considered for this role the candidate will have previous experience of working within the Motor Trade. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or management role.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance, people management and excellent communication skills. This is a fast past environment so the ideal candidate must be good under pressure and be able to multi-task. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
