Full Job Description

The Work Experience and Recruiter Engagement Administrator will work closely with the Work Experience and Placement Officer, Recruiter Engagement Officer and three Work Experience and Recruiter Engagement Coordinators. This is an important and varied role that will involve working with Liberal Arts and Social Sciences students, university staff and employers to research, deliver and monitor work-based learning and recruiter led opportunities as well as supporting the effective operation of the team.
The post holder will be based primarily at our Cavendish campus, however, travel and work across all sites is required. Currently the team is working in a hybrid capacity.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy team environment, general office duties and delivering a high standard of customer care. They will be able to demonstrate their excellent communication and organisational skills, a pro-active and flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail.
