Full Job Description

The Quality and Safety Apprentice is a key member of the Women's and Children's Division. The overall purpose of the role is to contribute to customer service to our patients, assist with communications, and provide support to colleagues within the Women's and Children's Quality and Safety Team.
To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records, specifically in relation to clinical systems used.
To answer and deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages to pass them on to the relevant member of staff in a timely manner.
To help ensure key areas have their administration task completed.
To support in the design, production and distribution of a broad range of communications materials, including patient information and information for staff.
Data input, data extraction, photocopying, filing and typing duties as directed.
To support the Women's and Children's Division in the delivery of outstanding customer service.
To support in effective information sharing across all available communication channels.
To attend, minute, and update action logs for meetings in relation to Quality and Safety., To provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service to the team.
To assist with the implementation of projects and support other members of the Women's and Children's Division in the planning and delivery of various campaigns.
To support the Women's and Children's Quality & Safety team in giving effective internal and external communications advice and support to colleagues across the Trust to help deliver the Division's key strategic objectives.
