Full Job Description
- Conduct bag searches and body searches of guests entering the stadium
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Provide customer service and support to guests
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, staff, and property
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Required) - NVQ (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety (Candidates will be enrolled if required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- NVQ level 2 in Spectator Safety is required to work in Stadiums. Candidates will be funded and enrolled if eligible (British/EU citizen or access to public funds). Otherwise, a £75 fee will be required before proceeding with the application.
