Full Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Spa Manager to join the team at The Barnsdale where we are opening a brand-new Wellness Spa.

The Spa Manager will be responsible for launching the Wellness Spa, recruiting and training a new team on our facilities and standards as well as driving the business forward.

The role would suit someone from a 4 or 5 star environment who has experience as a Spa Manager or for an Assistant or Deputy Spa Manager who is looking for their first step up.

  • Have a professional approach

  • Be able to work on their own and be a team player, willing to learn and get involved with a wide range of tasks.

  • Be motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude

  • Have proven work experience in a similar role.

  • Have an understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations

  • IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification is preferable

  • Pool Plant Operator Level 3 qualification is desirable

  • Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility

  • Be passionate about customer service., Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
