Full Job Description

Join our team as a Wellbeing Facilitator, focusing on fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. You'll support students in developing essential life skills beyond their vocational studies..

Collaborate with our directorate to plan and review curriculum content, set SMART targets, and manage learner concerns. You'll monitor progress using electronic systems and refer students to internal support services as needed, maintaining detailed records and promoting safeguarding principles across the college.

Enhance learners' employability skills and independence by providing guidance in time management and organisation. Engage with stakeholders, participate in departmental activities, and adhere to college policies to ensure the consistent promotion of wellbeing, inclusion, safeguarding, and prevent.., DN Colleges Group are committed to Health and Wellbeing of all our employees.
