Full Job Description
- Support residents to access internet and communication such as letter writing, Skype, and FaceTime
- Plan events within an allocated budget
- Ensure residents are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
- Complete daily reporting of activities and interaction into a resident's plan of care
- Completion of mandatory E-Learnings
- To embed and demonstrate our company values throughout the day
You will have previous experience within a care environment., To be a team player - Excellent communication
- A creative thinker
- Tech savvy
- Organisation
- Experience of working in a care/support environment is preferred
- Valid driver's licence is highly preferred
- Experience of working with people in particular those that may have additional support needs
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge
