Full Job Description
- Work to Standard Operating procedures
- Work to daily work schedule
- Reading and interpreting drawings is essential
- Knowledge of all workshop tools and machines essential
- Previous coding preferred but not essential
- Overhead crane experience an advantage
- Safe use of MIG welder and 4.5 inch and 9-inch grinder
- Assessing work/instructions received from the management
- Ensure work meets quality standards
- Maintain high levels of health and safety
- Maintain HIGH STANDARDS of housekeeping
- Attend team meetings as required
- Actively take part in any Continuous Improvement events
- Recommend change to methods and tooling where appropriate
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work with enthusiasm as part of a growing team. Candidates must work efficiently and show attention to detail whilst working to deadlines., They must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility - MIG and TIG Welder Experience is essential.
