WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST

White Arches Caravans & Motorhomes are proud to be part of the Spinney Group. Spinney are a family-run motorhome and caravan business situated in the heart of Cheshire, Staffordshire, Flintshire and Warwickshire. We offer our customers a helpful and friendly one-stop-shop for all their motorhome and caravan needs.

With an aim to be number 1 in the motorhome and caravan industry we are enthusiastic in our goal of offering the very best customer service whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently seeking a part time receptionist at the weekends and bank holidays at both our caravan & motorhome branch.

Duties will include:

· Answering the telephone & directing the call accordingly

· Taking messages where necessary and ensuring it is passed onto the relevant team member.

· Speaking face to face with customers

· Any administration required to assist the full-time team.

· Keeping your workstation clean & tidy

· Any other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident, conscientious and have the ability to communicate confidently with customers both on the telephone and in person. Previous reception experience is preferred but not essential. Uniform will be provided.
