Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Website Implementation Manager / Digital Project Manager to join our busy Implementation Services Team at Eploy.

As a Website Implementation Manager, you will manage the roll-out of our careers sites alongside our award-winning SAAS software into a wide range of customers. You will be reporting to our Head of Implementation Services and work with our other internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Your role will include:

  • Owning the full website project lifecycle from gathering customer requirements to the testing and launch of the careers site.

  • Creating project plans, scheduling workload and ensuring projects are delivered to the right standard, within scope, within budget and within the agreed timescales.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Working directly with internal website design teams, customers and external third-party design agencies.

  • Apply industry best practice solutions for websites considering optimum candidate journeys.

  • Manage the technical aspects of the project with the customer regarding domains, SSLs and Adobe/Google analytics.

  • Support the Pre-Sales and Sales process with prospective customers.

    You'll have at least three years experience of managing website implementations, coupled with strong customer management skills., You have experience of managing website implementation projects, especially careers websites.

  • You have experience within SEO and accessibility standards.

  • You have an understanding of HTML and CSS.

  • You have worked with Content Management Systems.

  • You can build relationships with people at multiple levels.

  • You are highly motivated and dedicated to continuous improvement.


  • This is a hybrid working role with your time split between; working at our office in Kidderminster (you will need to work in our office 2-3 days per week at least), working from home and travelling to clients site throughout the UK (which could include overnight stays). You will also be required to have a Full UK driving license, and access to your own vehicle.
