Waste Cleaning Operative

We're seeking experienced and motivated Waste Cleaning Operatives to tackle litter, debris, and grime so that our customers can enjoy cleaner, healthier housing communities. In this physical, hands-on role, you'll channel your skills and experience clearing empty homes (including confined spaces) and clearing and tidying gardens. You will also remove/dispose any reported fly tipping. You will be tasked with cleaning and maintaining communalareas. To transport and dispose of waste and appliances appropriately, you will drive a van or tipper truck up to 3.5 tonnes to designated tip and recycling sites.

Our waste cleansing operatives enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise as they take to their vans to collect discarded debris and waste. Just bring your can-do attitude and sense of pride in a job well done. Safety is priority one, on our clean team, so if you have any COSSH knowledge that would be useful. We provide all necessary uniforms, safety boots and power tools.

This role is basedin the Gloucestershire region.Due to the nature of the role, Bromford will complete a basic DBS check for the successful applicant.

Your previous experience may be in roles as a waste cleaning operative, refuse collector, ground maintenance operative, grounds maintenance engineer, industrial cleaner, industrial cleaning operative, cleaning operative, commercial cleaner, amongst others.
