Full Job Description

  • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements and customer priorities

  • Communicate to shift / team on daily tasks, changes to working procedures, H&S, Audit etc

  • Complete shift handovers accurately with oncoming / off going Team Leaders / Shift Manager

  • Updates team on required targets / rates, and accuracy checks, providing training and feedback to colleagues, taking action on poor performance where required

  • Experience of working to agreed targets and well-versed in warehouse management systems

    This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday covering the hours of 14:00 - 22:00. We do ask for some flexibility to get the beer delivered at busy times and bank holiday working is part of the shift pattern, We're looking to offer a salary of £29,933 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
