Full Job Description

  • To ensure the Warehouse facility is run in a smooth way ensuring high levels of housekeeping and stock management

  • To affect timely and accurate order processing in the most cost effective and efficient manner

  • To carry out activities related to stock and orders such as liaising with couriers, relabelling & customer service

  • This job involves manual handling and physical moving of stock and pallets


  • Principal Objectives
  • An active member of the Team which maximises sales and always delivers exceptional customer service

  • Close liaison with Supply Chain Manager to ensure that orders are fulfilled, stock is under control and that we never over promise and under deliver

  • Continual assessment and review of shipping and courier services to ensure quality service at the best price possible

  • On-going development of co-workers to encourage free flowing communication to drive openness and honesty


  • Key Objectives
  • To maintain a weekly stock check record and facilitate a timely and accurate monthly stock take

  • To minimise any damaged materials and ensure the accurate recording of any waste

  • To prepare all customers orders within 99.5% service level

  • To record and ensure the safe administration of the sample system

  • To ensure dispatch notes are crossed checked with invoice and PO to confirm consistency

  • To manage the courier pick/collection service and ensure its suitability and cost effectiveness

  • To adhere to the daily/weekly housekeeping schedule

  • To ensure the safe storage of any marketing equipment and maintenance of the sign in/out log

  • To ensure the warehouse is always kept in an efficient, professional state

  • To continuously work on and improve warehouse processes

  • To record all delivery/order failures and work to minimise these

  • When necessary carry out relabelling of the cans and assist the team with administrative tasks such as answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries

    We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and a cooperative team player.

  • Are you looking for a part-time job with no weekend or bank holiday work?, Previous experience in a warehouse role is preferred, however full training will be given in all aspects of the role, including product and industry knowledge.
