Warehouse Picker / Packer

We are a small business that aims to make a huge impact! We strive to do this by assisting our clients' businesses to grow - allowing them to take a hands off approach and spend more time focusing on purchasing inventory to ship to us.

Following the expansion of the business, we are looking for a new team member to facilitate customer experiences by fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently, as well as managing relationships with our customers.

What you'll do:

Manage interactions with our customers.

Fulfilling orders for eBay and Amazon.

Receiving and checking-in box contents.

Selecting and preparing customer inventory, including labelling units before packaging.

Prepare outbound shipments using tape, poly bags and scales.

Record and document all data of received and shipped items using our online software.

Lifting complete boxes around the warehouse.

Managing stock levels to ensure inventory is worked through efficiently.

Ensuring that the work is completed accurately, timely and tidily.

General warehouse cleaning duties.

You are required to work four days between Monday and Friday and every Saturday. The days will be discussed during the interview.
