Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operator to become a key player in our small team as we navigate the transition from scale-up to scale-up. In this pivotal role, you will help oversee and support our fulfillment activities. You will be part of helping us deliver exceptional service fulfillment and delivery to hundreds of businesses, educational institutions and the public sector to provide sustainable period products for all who need them., As a warehouse operative your duties will include:

  • Picking, and preparing orders, ensuring proper post presentation for daily collection.

  • Using Unleashed, Evri, DPD and Royal Mail portals to fulfil orders and liaising with couriers for despatches..

  • Receiving and managing incoming stock.

  • Maintain key KPIs for efficiency, service, and stock accuracy.

  • Resolve order issues promptly and positively, liaising with wider operation team and Sales to identify the route cause.

  • Quality checking all products to ensure that they are of the highest standard for customers

  • General housekeeping

  • Communicating effectively with the wider operations team.

    As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with our account managers and sales team. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and can-do attitude., Preferred experience in a similar packing, warehouse, or fulfilment role.

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (preferred).

  • Strong communication skills with couriers and team members.

  • Goal-oriented, organised, and self-motivated.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Innovative thinker with a desire to contribute ideas for process improvement.

  • Commitment to working for an ethical brand and passion for sustainability and wellness.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Forklift driving experience (preferred)
