Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

You will need to hold an FLT Licence allowing you to work at least 2 of the following: Reach, VNA or Counterbalance trucks.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

• Loading, picking, packing and dispatching our products



• Driving a 50/50 mix of both Reach and VNA with some counterbalance and VNA work



• Physical picking



• There will be occasional work in the freezer or chiller area - you'll need to be comfortable with temperatures as low as -18C



• Work to set deadlines to ensure we never miss a customer orders



• Maintaining hygiene standards - we are a food factory. Full training will be given to work to expected standards



• You will be expected to help your colleagues out when they need support, speak with managers and colleagues about how we can improve things and keep waste to a minimum
