Full Job Description
- Utilizing computerized systems to book stock and courier collections, including printing orders from the online system.
- Accurately and promptly picking, packing, and labeling orders for despatch.
- Printing shipping labels for various courier services.
- Maintaining accurate stock system levels.
- Evaluating and packing customer returns.
- Providing support to the customer service team as needed.
Wholefood Earth is seeking a motivated Despatch Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess proficient IT skills, including email management and a willingness to learn new software systems. Strong communication skills in English are essential, enhancing the ability to read and understand detailed instructions and coordinate effectively with team members and customers.
The successful applicant should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. This role requires a physically active individual, as it involves significant walking and standing to fulfil daily tasks.
