Full Job Description

Quality is at the heart of what we do and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join the Humdinger team at our manufacturing site in Bromborough!
We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team, based at our nut processing site in Bromborough.
This role offers: £13.35 (Weekly pay)
Shifts following a three rotation as follows:
Week 1: 6 am-2 pm
Week 2: 2 pm-10 pm
Week 3: 10 pm-6 am
Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick and transport pallets from the racking to the production area using a reach truck and handheld scanner.

  • Utilise computer systems to monitor production progress and maintain accurate stock placement.

  • Organise and store pallets in the racking system, ensuring accurate scanning of all pallet movements.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and truck through a proactive clean-as-you-go policy.

  • Support stock control by promptly reporting any identified stock anomalies to a senior member of staff.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards for the Warehouse & Fork Trucks through regular monitoring and maintenance.

    Thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance, regulatory requirements, housekeeping, and health and safety protocols.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience in Warehouse & Food Manufacturing is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in using computers, including generating pick lists using the computer system (training will be provided).

  • Demonstrated record of mindfulness and meticulous adherence to procedures.

  • Must have a valid Reach Truck License.

  • Counterbalance licence - Preferred.

  • Preferably have experience using PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) (training may be provided).
