Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our busy warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction., Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes.
- Monitor and analyse profit loss statements to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Utilise AS400 systems or similar warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and management.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation management systems for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management systems, and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar warehouse management systems.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
