Warehouse First Line Manager (Nights)

We are currently expanding at our ASOS site in Barnsley (S72 7GX) and are looking for a Warehouse First Line Managers to join our team. You'll lead a team of people and co-ordinate activities to achieve business goals, through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team based culture.,

• Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of operational staff


• Closely monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we're always meeting or exceeding our SLAs


• Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets met


• Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members

We currently have 4 roles being offered on a full-time permanent basis, working any 5 out of 7 on night shift., We're looking to offer a salary of £32,929 per annum, and 29 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).
