Full Job Description

  • A permanent position which comes with NI & pension contributions plus statutory holiday (20 days plus public holidays).

  • We're looking for somebody who is physically fit to assist the existing warehouse team in organising our warehouse with goods in and out, including picking and packing wholesale orders and loading vans.


  • Euroboozer Limited, in its 20th year, is a specialist craft beer importer and wholesaler based in Berkhamsted.

    We distribute some of the best beers from the UK and around the World supplying into some of the best hospitality and retail craft beer businesses. Customer service and reliability are extremely important to our business. We have a small warehouse team, this role reports to the Warehouse Manager. We are looking for someone who is bright and self-motivated.

    Duties will include:
  • Loading and unloading vans for daily deliveries (forklift experience necessary)

  • Accompanying our drivers on deliveries as drivers mate

  • Representing Euroboozer with excellent customer service skills

  • Maintaining (and cleaning) your equipment

  • Unloading deliveries from our suppliers at our warehouse

  • Packing shipments for dispatch on the pallet network or by courier

  • Keeping excellent paperwork records

  • Assisting the warehouse manager with goods-in & stock management

  • Maintaining a tidy workplace


  • You will be working with some of the best beers available from the UK and all around the world. There will be opportunities to try them at events we hold with our customers which you're always welcome to attend. We also share our large samples store with everybody across our sales and logistics teams.

    We are a small, close-knit, hard working team that expects maximum effort, often going above and beyond for the greater good and trying to keep our growing customer base as happy as possible, in an industry that is highly competitive.

  • Physically fit & healthy, capable of safely moving kegs upto 65kg (training will be given)

  • Able & willing to work in all weathers

  • A good command of both written and spoken English

  • High level of numeracy

  • Computer literate

  • Good people skills and a professional manner

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work under own initiative

  • Good organisational skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent road awareness

  • Willingness to learn


  • Desirable
  • Experience in warehousing work

  • Experience as a dray person

  • Experience of heavy lifting

  • Forklift / Counterbalance experience

  • An interest in craft beer
