Full Job Description
- Ensuring goods received are correct to ERIKS Purchase Orders. Checking deliveries to ensure accurate quantities, quality, and specification of goods.
- Receipting supplier deliveries into ERIKS Business System and ensuring that correct goods / quantities are delivered to the Customer.
- Notifying suppliers regarding any delivery discrepancies.
- Maintaining a well organised and clean goods receiving area.
- Manual Handling of Goods.
- Order Expediting Contacting Suppliers by Phone / Email and securing accurate delivery dates of ordered goods.
- Maintaining Accurate Delivery Information within ERIKS Business System.
- Responding to client general enquiries and requests.
- Processing Customer Orders
- Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities.
- Complying with on-site Health & Safety.
