What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.

We are looking for a kind and fun-loving person to join our amazing team in Lowestoft, supporting 7 people who live independently. You will be working in people's homes, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

The people we support enjoy cooking, watching films and being involved in craft projects back at home. As well as exploring their wider community and socialising with their friends and family. This role requires a hands-on approach supporting to maintain their health and wellbeing alongside participating in the activities they enjoy, which makes them feel safe and happy.

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

You should be available to work 30 hours a week on a 2 week rolling rota and will include working every other weekend.

The rota will be: week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, then week 2: Monday, Saturday and Sunday

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
