Full Job Description

Brandon is a young man in his mid-twenties who likes spending hours on the fairground rides at Camel Creek, bowling, painting and crafting, swimming and being immersed in the sensory experience of the Eden Project. Family is a key part of Brandon's life and supporting and promoting the time he spends with his family is important. Experience and understanding of Autism, delayed development and barriers with communication that can cause distress is desirable but an open, compassionate yet confident approach is essential. During the day Brandon is supported 2:1 when accessing the community to ensure he can live a fulfilled and meaningful life in a safe way, and 1:1 at all other times of the day including overnight with the support of assistive living technology.
