Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables and replenishing supplies
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
