Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us in managing our amazing volunteers and help us find new volunteer recruits to grow our network of support. Working alongside another Volunteer Co-ordinator you will co-ordinate all aspects of the service including promotion of the service, recruitment, supervision, training and support for volunteers, as well as the reporting/monitoring, managing referrals and ensuring safeguarding guidelines are adhered to.

A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW). For example Care, Welfare Studies, Management.
Knowledge of community and third sector organisations within the Borough.
Experience of working with or in a volunteering project.
A full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to visit services users at their home., Disability Confident
