Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Via team in our newly awarded Hillingdon service as a Volunteer Co-Ordinator.

This newly formed role will involve working within the local Service and Central Volunteer teams to pilot new ways of working with Volunteers with the aim to reduce the skills gap of entering paid employment. You will support to develop and offer bespoke training to utilise Volunteers most effectively. And will support safe and effective Volunteer activity through robust recruitment and new starter administrative processes.

The Service
Working in partnership with an NHS foundation Trust, Via are contracted to deliver the Hillingdon Arch service- an integrated drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support service that serves adult residents of the Borough of Hillingdon. The service is high performing, ambitious and extremely well regarded by stakeholders and the local community.
