Full Job Description

Being not just any visual planner but a Homebase visual planner you will complete planograms that make product areas easy for customers to shop, support 'best in town' display principles and efficient replenishment.

What will you be doing? (including but not limited to)

  • Using our micro space planning software alongside data reports to analyse and design accurate and commercially viable merchandising planograms that are also aesthetically pleasing.

  • Build and execute maintenance of category planograms, ensuring that they are updated to agreed critical path, display, and operational principles.

  • Supporting the team in creating and communicating planograms and merchandising guides that run in line with the company's vision, and value and driving sales, including review, feedback, and amendments.

  • Working with the team to resolve any planogram issues and ensure best practices are implemented., 20% team member discount for Homebase and Bathstore when shopping in-store and online, available from your very first day with us

    Knowledge of Microsoft suite

  • Planogram Software experience is helpful.

  • Project management skills

  • Strong commercial awareness with analytical and numerical skills

  • Experience in reading and interpreting data, with the ability to simplify complex situations to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
