Full Job Description

Stotles is looking for an experienced designer to elevate our visual brand assets across multiple surfaces with a core focus on web. You will work closely alongside our Lead Designer as well as our growth team to shape Stotles visual identity. This is an exciting time for Stotles as we have got to where we are now with ad-hoc projects and not as much love and care as we would like. We are now in a position to invest and craft our identity to the next level.,

  • Deliver delightful digital assets to all functions of the company, including growth, product, people and leadership.

  • Lead the creative process from conception to creation across a wide breadth of use cases and surfaces.

  • Help evolve the Stotles brand and guidelines to the next level.

  • Work on our brochure site, landing pages, motion graphics, static assets for blogs, newsletters, and more growth efforts.

  • Work closely with our third-party webflow developer to deliver on your design vision across our Stotles.com pages.

  • Work with our Product Marketing Manager and Product Teams to create assets for feature releases + launches.

  • Set and maintain a high-quality threshold with regards to the Stotles brand and visual language

  • Collaborate with product designer to deliver a strong Stotles brand identity across our product, Please submit a copy of your CV and a portfolio of work demonstrating the skills in the 'What we value' section above.   • Interview | 1 Hour This will be an interview with our Lead Designer to get to know you. Please be prepared to talk to your project work. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role, the team and Stotles.

    Culture and Fit Interviews | 1 Hour An opportunity to meet with more of the product team as well as meet our co-founders and learn more about our culture at Stotles.

    A portfolio showing your proven track record delivering high quality brand assets across multiple digital surfaces.
  • Several years of experience as a visual designer, within a digital agency/studio or in-house, tech-related.

  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC suite (PS, AI & AE), Webflow (not essential but would be awesome).

  • Ability to ideate, conceptualise and then follow through to final product ready deliverables collaborating with others where need.

  • Exceptional eye for design with a good pulse on current trends and best practices.

  • Track record of defining guidelines that are clear and reusable by others to keep a high quality Stotles brand.

  • Thrive on multitasking on a wide range of subjects and projects.

  • You understand how to work to tight deadlines, over multiple projects, engage with multiple teams and deliver quality throughout everything you design.

  • You take immense pride in your work and you strive to improve continuously over every project you work on.

  • An understanding of web design and information architecture would be a plus as we look to re-visit a number of our website pages.

    Compensation Range: £40K - £60K
